Kate is the best. Wish I still lived in Portland and could have regular massages.
Kate's approach is different from what I'm used to, and I greatly appreciate that. After discussing what my needs were for the day, she did a structural assessment of my body and found areas that I hadn't connected to my low back pain. Her work on my feet, ankles and legs really helped free up my entire lower body. It also reconnected me to an old trauma that needed to be re-addressed. I'm so incredibly grateful for her work and highly recommend her!

Kate is such a caring, compassionate, and skilled practitioner. She is very tuned-in and can release tension spots with the utmost sensitivity. I love her cranial sacral treatments and feel immensely better afterwards! Highly recommend receiving treatments from her!! Thanks Kate!!
I have not seen Kate in a while, so this is a long overdue post, she is an extremely talented therapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone especially for Cranial Sacral work.
