Terrible patient treatment. I was seen in hospital Dr. Shaw Convinced my family and I he would get me on the right track and help me with a good treatment plan. At the time I was having an insurance struggle he put me at ease and told me not to be concerned...however me being me I fought to get it fixed. 1st- Making an appt with Margo was like pulling teeth...I advised her of the Dr specific instructions for me... she didn't really want to hear it...until another office staff overheard and knew of the specific details to get... read more
