My car was towed by the “brothers in arms security guard” last night. The car was parked in future resident parking after the hours stated 6pm to 9am daily. There are no signs stating cars will be towed in the front. I have also parked there with no issue before. I went to move the car at 8:45am and it was gone. 290$ for the tow & 75$ a day for storage Wester Towing. This is a very bad look for Alcove Apartments.
Their maintenance guy throws all the trash into the street on the Center City Parkway blowing it all into my car. I just got done washing.
I really wish I could leave a positive review about this place, but unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. When you’re paying nearly $3,000 for a one-bedroom unit, you expect a comfortable and well-maintained living environment—but that’s not the case here. One of the biggest issues is the presence of homeless individuals frequently roaming around Alcove. They manage to get inside, rummage through the trash bins, and leave a mess behind.
