I was pre-approved for a loan to buy a house TWICE in 6 months time by Jason Hall. I got the realtor and found a house both times and put an offer on the house then was told I was unable to get the loan. After all that work of turning in my paperwork and searching for days/weeks for a home to be told otherwise was heartbreaking. I'll never go through with Alcova mortgage again nor will I reccomend them.
My situation was a bit complicated, but Jason hung right in there with me through every step of the way. He handled every situation with grace and dedication. He went above and beyond answering emails at all hours of the day and helping ease my anxiety. Jason and his team made this a very painless process and I couldn’t be more thankful!
