I've not worked with Alcova, I hope to soon. But Pat McGuire has done two Mortgages for us in her former job. She is excellent, thorough, and kind.
Pat is not experienced. I told her our circumstances and what type of loan we needed. She pulled our credit and had us complete the entire application with all of the documents. A week later she tells me that Alcova doesn’t offer a loan for our circumstances. She pulled our credit and wasted our time! What a terrible experience!!!!
