I cannot recommend Alcott HR based on my experience during my separation from employment. The termination process lacked meaningful support or guidance regarding next steps, available resources, or transition assistance. Communication regarding accrued PTO balances and applicable state guidelines was unclear, resulting in confusion at a time when accurate information was especially important. We went through a few other payroll services before switching to Alcott and the full HR experience. What a difference it made in being able to get helpful people on the phone when you need them. Also, we were administering our own 401K and it was a huge hassle, so much easier with Alcott.

Greetings, I am submitting this review to acknowledge the extraordinary professionalism and top notch courteous of two very absolutely outstanding employees: Patricia Ticora and Jennifer Jimenez for their above and beyond work ethics. They assisted me with a difficult task for me but seemed like a piece of cake for them and was done with such empathetic courtesy it left me feeling like I was the most important call they received on Friday, April 11, 2025. I give them both 10 stars review.
