We went through a few other payroll services before switching to Alcott and the full HR experience. What a difference it made in being able to get helpful people on the phone when you need them. Also, we were administering our own 401K and it was a huge hassle, so much easier with Alcott.

They assisted me with a difficult task for me but seemed like a piece of cake for them and was done with such empathetic courtesy it left me feeling like I was the most important call they received on Friday, April 11, 2025.
