Compared with other strata companies I have worked with, I have been pretty happy with Alcorp Strata. Strata management is a difficult business to be in, and Alcorp Strata does try to put in the effort for the issues that matter.
Never does anything on time. You would be better to use no company than use these guys. If you want meetings on time and AGMs held then this company is not for you.

The worst strata management I have ever met. Do not respond to emails, never communicate when things will be occurring/ booked for the complex. Absolutely disgusting service.
