Paid my bill on 2/12/24 exactly the amount due including the late fee, then Thursday 2/15/24 my power was turned off so I went to ACE to find out what the problem was. I was told it was turned off because they had made a mistake in billing and was told they would turn my power back on after I paid the amount of their mistake not my mistake t hey could have just added their mistake on the next bill instead of turning someones power off it could have been handled differently especially when it was their mistake. During these cold times ACE POWER is charging people over 20 dollars a day for electricity!!!!! They are stealing our money!!!!! I grew up in California and I NEVER saw bills this high!!!!! They are thieves. We have energy efficient everything. On the hottest of summer days I never used more than 11 dollars. ACE POWER is the worst company.
