Was ok till they screwed everyone over with bills after the Ice Storm
First I would like to commend the men and women who are dedicating their time and jeopardizing their lives to restore power and get everyone back online! However ACE POWER ELECTRIC COMPANY itself- NOT SO GOOD!! You should have had something in place for billing and meter readings, THIS STORM was predicted in advance!! I don't know why it's taken them so long to cut the power back on from the ice storm. Everyone else has theirs on around us. They still haven't pick the tree limbs up on county road 418. We didn't even have any power lines down, just had limbs down. They were purposed to have, but I haven't seen anyone working on power lines. This is pitiful, it seems like they're taking it slow to make overtime money while people are suffering and dying from this cold weather
Every time a squirrel farts on the power line, the electricity goes out. Do NOT recommend this company!
