I haven't had good luck with my metal roof. It leaks. There are stains on my ceiling from the leaks. My house smells musty at times. I call Alcor and let them know but they ignored me until I told them that my ceiling is dripping. Now a patch where they replaced a skylight is damp. I am not sure who to call to see about getting it fixed. I don't have good responses from Alcor.
Alcor installed two massive picture windows for us. Very professional results and very professional crew on site too.

One morning, after a night of high winds a piece of siding on the facia of the dormer on our upper level came loose and was flapping in the wind. I called Nate at Alcor and he was standing in my driveway 20 minutes later, looking at the issue. He told me what needed to happen to fix and said that he would get the materials, quoted me a very fair price, and said they would repair it the next business day.
