I have been here multiple times with a friend of mine and none of the times have any of the staff ever asked us for help which is horrible !!!! I guess Alcone does not care about selling products or helping people. Whoever the management is here please and I beg you train your staff to help people and not sit on their butts behind the counter. I find this absolutely abhorrent from the hospitality and professional perspective.
Always my favorite in-person makeup store as a professional! Super friendly service with a lot of product knowledge! Pro discounts available too! TYSM!
