I’m an online customer and I’m always impressed by the selection of Alcone and by their customer service. I’m not too far from NYC but their shipping is SO fast and the attention to detail in my packaging (liquids, glass) is always appreciated. They are also very pro-focused and helpful when I need last-minute products for shoots. I love supporting this family-owned store!

I have been here multiple times with a friend of mine and none of the times have any of the staff ever asked us for help which is horrible !!!! I guess Alcone does not care about selling products or helping people. Whoever the management is here please and I beg you train your staff to help people and not sit on their butts behind the counter. I find this absolutely abhorrent from the hospitality and professional perspective.
Always my favorite in-person makeup store as a professional! Super friendly service with a lot of product knowledge! Pro discounts available too! TYSM!
