I love the old style family-owned hardware stores
The staff who work in the store are absolutely amazing, so for them I would give a 5 star review without a doubt, and that goes for the cashiers, customer service, lumber desk, lumber yard, paint, and all staff really. They are approachable, helpful, kind, funny, and friendly. What needs work however is the store itself. They have had broken concrete stairs for months and months now, and have not repaired them, despite numerous customer complaints.
