I asked two separate employees for help. Both said down there and pointed. I went down there, wasn't sure but picked up 4 items. Neither employee offered to take me and show me what I was looking for. I showed them a pic. When I got home they weren't right. I had to go all the way back to return No other customers in the store. When I went to cash out the 1 kid was at the front counter chatting with the cashier. The employees should be helping customers or be fired. Much better help at Canadian Tire
I am new to the Alcona area and have just recently started using Alcona Home Hardware for a building project on my new home. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful giving advice about building products and advice for my DIY project. I give them a 5 star rating for that. However, I ordered all the lumber I would need and had them deliver it to my address.
