I had my first appointment and I felt seen. My issues were addressed. Thank you for your professionalism and your kindness.
I love Dr. Cook. She made med changes for me and put me on new meds that would help with several things. It's great to be able to talk to your physician and know they are listening and they have fresh ideas.
Great facility. Doctor Cook is personable and listens to you. She considers different options when needed. She takes the time to get to the root of things. Her staff if friendly and efficient. Her assistant can draw blood on site- she is very good at finding a vein.
Nice Doctor and nice building.
Staff at Pellston ACH are friendly and professional. I never leave there with questions or concerns unanswered.
