I absolutely would recommend this place. My doctor is amazing and so is my care coordinator!
I am sick of arriving at Alcona and already being seated before our appoints are canceled. It has happened 3 time now in less than a year. It would be one thing if they canceled before we arrived, checked-in at the counter, and were already seated. We walk. It's our thing. We don't drive. It's not by choice. I use crutch canes, a wheelchair, or a rollator to walk. Yeah, I'm upset. Nowadays, if you treat staff poorly you get booted from going there. But for some reason they can treat us poorly and we're supposed to take it.
Excellent staff. Keep up the amazing work
