Friendly, caring, and respectful
Very accommodating and understanding.
I really like my primary care I get there. Love my PA and the staff are friendly and helpful. I do wish they had a program/app like they have in Grand Rapids where I see a cardiologist. It's a Corewell App that has ALL your information. Drs visits, meds, tests you've had and results, Drs notes etc. It is pretty awesome. Alcona Health needs that app available up here.
Alcona health is a fantastic facility, with some really great people, Katie lalonde is the best doctor as well as her nurses, they are very empathetic and understanding and they take very good care of me. I would recommend this office to My friends and I have! Dr.lalonde knows family and has never been a disappointment for me. They also offer recovery programs,and that is very helpful for our community. 10 out of 10.
