Just moved to the area and took our 15 yr old small dog for her first visit. They read her file and understood her issues and the transition has been smooth.
We had such a great experience at Alcona Animal Hospital. They were so understanding and worked with us on the cost, which meant a lot. Jasper had to be sedated, and they called to let me know he was okay after waking up. That phone call gave me so much peace of mind. I truly trust them with my animals and know they’re in good hands. The staff and vets are amazing, and the best part is Jasper actually loves going there! Thank you guys for always making the experience so good for Jasper and myself lol
Switched vets after moving and Dr Divito has helped with my German Shepherd Sadie’s allergies more than any other vet she’s ever had. Her hot spots and itchiness have disappeared and Sadie is a very happy dog. The staff are always kind and that makes a big difference. Sadie is a bit of a reactive and anxious girl and the staff go out of their way to make sure she’s as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend! Have always had great experiences with our visits to Alcona Animal Hospital . The staff go out of their way to be accommodating and make each visit comfortable for my dogs over the years . We never get the feeling that they are just “ doing their job” there is genuine care in their work. My Tony recognizes when we are close to the office and is actually happy to go. Thank you for making some stressful visits easier .
My cat Finn's appointment went well considering he decided not to bite vet this time. Behaved like a gentleman. Hopefully growing out of that bitey stage. All things considered it was a great visit. Everyone from reception, techs and vet was awesome.
