Installation is a nightmare. I had high expectations, as the sales rep and the owner who were involved in my quoting and measuring of my screen door were excellent. Prompt and on time and very accomodating and informed me installation would be in 4-6 weeks. From there it has been down hill. Fantastic! If I could give you 10/10 I would! The team at Alcom have done an amazing job. I feel so much safer with my new security doors. I opted to have the 3M window tinting done too and WOW! The tinting not only adds a sleek look but also gives me that extra privacy and security while keeping the heat out! We have been long turn customers of Alcom security - in fact since 2017! Our first experience was inviting Quentin & Jenny into our home to discuss our needs. We had such a good feeling about the company. We since dealt with Jenny over a few years. The experience was impeccable. Jenny was fabulous! yes 10 stars because 5 stars are just not enough for Alcom who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. From the initial chat to final payment took almost 5 months, but alas it was on our side. We were in a battle to inherit an estate home, Verbally by the executor so we started to secure the home paid the deposit to Alcom. Dates and timing with them to do the quote organised.
