This is the worst alarm company in history not only was their not a sensor on my front office window but no body called when I was broken into amd of course their not liable for anything I think I'm going to sue neglected our monitoring buyers beware fraud alert pay for 24 hr monitoring my alarm has been intensively set off 6 times this week not even a email
I've been a long time customer with Alcom and I am pleased with the alarm monitoring service I receive. As well, I like that I am dealing with a family run business since I always receive quick, efficient service when calling their Head Office. Don't think that larger alarm companies would provide the same level of service. Keep up the great work!
