This company could not get their stuff straight and failed to call me back and send confirmation on multiple occasions. I was told I would have my appointment set on the day we agreed on and they would send me a confirmation email, that email never came and I had to call back again for the 5th time. Finally when they reached me I was told my original appointment was no longer available because the lady at the alcolock call center failed to call the shop until the day before my appointment when I called a whole 2 weeks prior ... read more
