Worst experience ever! Each time I called it was a call center... They didn't really know when the centers were open... Finally got scheduled... Dude put it in... We left, 15 min down the road it fell apart .. We could hardly get the car started. We were able to catch him before he left...Kurt I think... He was super rude, telling my partner to hook a rubber band around the ghetto device...my partner said no (this is a device you rely on to keep your car on after all!) and that he would like to schedule to have it removed. Set an appointment last week for service, and the hendo location was closed for the day they set. Next day, vehicle gets totaled so I get another appointment to get it switched to my other one. Had the vehicle towed for the appointment and lo and behold, they’re not open yet again. Customer service reps are awful, and won’t do anything. Can’t drive without the interlock device and paid a tow service for nothing.
