They were very fast and very helpfull and informative I was in and out quick and punctual
The Wilkesboro location is very good most of the time. The guys are generally helpful and quick. The cons are they are only open 1 day per week, and the company is disorganized and unprofessional. If you have to have an interlock device, I would strongly suggest going with another provider. Alcolock is very hard to deal with if you have an issue, and you'll be paying for "codes" a lot because of the inconvenience of only being able to schedule appointments on one day per week and within a window of a few hours.
