Terrible customer service at the north location. If you're stuck using alcolock go to the audio mobile location. The first time I was scheduled i couldnt find the place and was maybe 10 minutes late when the guy told me to forget it and reschedule rather than helping. Also expect to pay a late fee of $80 to reschedue for a later time that same day.
