The service here was very good. Never had any problems with the device. Would reccomend to people needing to have a Baiid installed.

As hard as it is to deal with getting a DUI, there is no better place to help you through the process then Alcolock. I had a great experience here. Especially, Joel! He was very understanding and compassionate. He went out of his way to help out when I had car issues and he had to come and inactivate my device. Not once, but several times. Joel and James were awesome, install and removal was quick, and customer service was excellent. James and Joel both deserve a raise and a promotion.
They install blow machines in your vehicle. Couple of nice guys, fast service.
