Byron is a great counselor! He makes class fun and interactive. The program was easy and simple in my experience. Stay on top of your payments, don’t miss class, and don’t be late.
I enrolled in Airs Dui Program for 18 months. I just finished the 12 month portion and got a transfer done for my six month reentry and everything went so smoothly. The ladies in the office Nicole, and Yvette rock!! They are always on top of things, and get things done in a timely and efficient manner. This company is terrible and unprofessional. So unorganized. There is a lack of education behind the counselors when conducting the “education classes and groups” it’s unfortunate there isn’t other options for dui programs In VC. The staff are families within families, which creates a conflict of interest. They do not care about delivering education and helping clients. They’re mean. They also have a location in moorpark which is not suggested. Try a different program! They should be reported to the state!
I had my son get into this program due to Ventura being full. The ASSistant Director is completely unprofessional. They didn’t have a problem talking to me about payments until I questioned why there’s late fees having to be paid over miscommunication and no shows on the staff end that’s when she threw the whole ,” I can’t speak to you without a release!” Okay, but you spoke to me without a release prior to this and broke HIPPA yet when called on basic questions about fees it’s an issue! Service is so awful. I’ll be contacting the county with my complaint. It shows that they have no standards on how run a program.
