I phoned Thursday October 31 mid-day and spoke with a female call taker. I was hoping to get information regarding drug treatment/rehabs in Lower Mainland. I have an adult nephew with an addiction who is homeless and in a desperate state. Was disappointed in the refusal to provide rehab information and was offended by the tone of the call taker and the meaningless platitudes offered.
