A couple of months ago I attended "intake"...it took a few more months to get an appointment, so I verified by leaving my first name and phone # for call back. Previously I had heard voice mails being picked up on speaker with people mentioning their full first and last name while I waited in waiting room.So I only left my FIRST name and clear phone #-no call back.Why not?
