I would give this 0 stars if that was possible. The contract is filled with small writing that has you agree to pay fees if you fail any of the tests. Not the fee that gets passed on to the state, their own fees. I found this out the first month in after a "soft fail" due to having drank some kombucha. Apparently that warranted a $50 fee paid to ADS. The monthly calibration reps have been instructed to charge you a late fee if you don't show up to your calibration at the exact time. Company does not provide technical support at all when their product fails to operate as intended.
Customer service was great I am completed my program now but never had one single issue thank you alcohol detection systems
