I purchased a replacement motorcycle tire from them. No problem. Took the tire and rim to the service department. They wanted to charge me $80 to mount the tire. Was a simple no special circumstance tire mount. They tried to screw me. I would be very cautious about doing any type of business with them. Their competition did it for less than half of what I was quoted and I didn’t even purchase from them.
They gave me a fair trade in and my Sales man Jace was very good!
Brought a waverunner to the service department at 11am and told them i overfilled with oil. Was told they were slow that day so they would diagnose and call me that day, then should be able the have it ready by the day after. No word that day or next. Called close to closing and was told they hadn't looked at it that they got busy. Which means they had to put me in the back of the line. Anyway, they drained the oil, put in 2 sets of plugs (they fouled 1st set out) and tested. They charged over $700. This is a rip off for wha... read more
