In April I was looking for a company for my windows and doors. Aaron reached out to me and set an appt. We talked for hours, made measurements, and came up with the design. I was told it would be about 3-4 months. We got permits and remeasurements to verify. I consistently had to email Maria to find out the status or steps of my project. I've had a terrible experience with this company. After seeing such good reviews I contracted them and paid top dollars for my doors. Long story short, french entry hurricane doors installed with wrong color glass and company refuses to replace the doors (leaves), just want to cut out the glass and replace the glass. Now I have to go to mediation and then court for their breech of contract. Very bad experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone.
I had a great experience with the installation; however the specifications on the front door were not what I order-wrong color glass. I am waiting for the glass to be replaced and will not settle for anything less than what I contracted for. I am trying to figure out why they are trying to negociate with me on this matter. I need them to install what I ordered and contracted for. I will keep my review updated accordingly.
Our sales associate, Scott McDonald, was very helpful throughout the initial consults and through the contract process. Highly recommend Scott!
