We try to call service couple times, always no technician available. Without if we paid overtime.
By far the worst in the business. 1.Came multiple times for the same repair(s). Different equipment, yet always needed multiple visits, and generally ended up saying they couldn’t repair it. My walk-in started shorting out the whole circuit after they replaced a fan (same fan for the 2nd time). 2. Told me my equipment wasn’t under warranty (which it was- they just weren’t authorized to do the work) 3. This company is not professional when it comes to hiring people! They offer you a position then withdrawal there offer after they ask you to quite your current job! They have you take a drug test and if you have any type of drugs in your system even if you have valid prescriptions that show up in your drug test. I took a drug test for this company and I had valid prescribed drugs in my system prescribed by my doctor for percoset for my femurs haven been replaced due to a car accident and they withdrew the job offer after I q... read more
Great technicians, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them highly for all commercial kitchen repair and services.
Great service. The technician Rob very nice and very professional. Showed up within 3 hours to fix our fridge. Decent price, maybe not the cheapest but worth it.
