I have been with the company for 3 years. We have new leadership at Alco that have made many improvements in a short period of time. It is an old, industrial work environment, but I really look forward to seeing the end result of the changes being made.
If you value your life, do not seek employment here. Worked for this 'company' for less than 2 months, and in that time I began noticing several internal health issues arising. From severe chest pain, to groin pain, to stomach pain, to headaches, to pulsatile tinnitus. They do not provide adequate safety protection or training. Filters and exhaust fans are non-existent.
