I tried one year ago to purchase a motor for a motorized skylight; after sending pictures and multiple emails no one responded to me. I phoned the company for help, and was told that I was 'on my own'. so I ordered a $700 motor + shipping the had the same model number as the existing one. My electrician tried and tried but was unable to make it raise the skylight. So I put it in the original packaging and spend $75 to send it back. I was told I would get money back less a restock fee.
