Operator (not driver) didn't listen to customer about concerns of weather and ground conditions. Once the driveway and surrounding areas were torn up, company fell back on the clause that they weren't responsible, even when the customer suggested a different day so that the ground wasn't saturated. All but the initial conversation have been with attitude, and very hard to get answers, and if you question anything, it is either their way or kick rocks.
