After taking a day off from my job to be home for the estimate and presumed installation they called 15 minutes after the appointment time to completely cancel. I'm beyond disappointed.
The called my husband 15 minutes past the time they was supposed to be here. Just to say they couldn’t come bc they were on another job. My husband took today off just to be here. They couldn’t care less! Just said they were sorry. Highly unprofessional and shameless! I wouldn’t use this company for anything!
ALCO Electric was fantastic. They were very quick to respond.Justin repaired the light switch that I installed incorrectly and explained what the problem was ,fixed it quickly and also checked another switch I had replaced to see if it was wired correctly. Justin was a very nice and pleasant man and it was a pleasure to meet him. I would highly recommend ALCO Electric for any electrical needs! I will definitely call them again if needed.
They did my boat dock inspection and repaired my electrical line. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend.
