I don't understand the two negative reviews. I've been a customer since 1989, and have always had prompt service at a fair price. For example, today I called for a propane fill and the tank was filled a few hours later, by a friendly, courteous employee. This is typical of my dealings with them - one of the best companies I've ever dealt with!

Horrible customer service. They over charge and are rude. I called Friday because, tank wasn't reading, I was told a tech would call me back but never did. I called today they the had someone come out and they found a leak. They charged me $80 plus 150 and the cost to refill tank. I was then informed I would be charged more for the tank repair. The way they charge and do business should be illegal.
