I requested for a caramel brown hair color and highlights and even took a picture to show what I wanted, but the final result was reddish hair which looked similar to getting Henna done. When I mentioned this, she blamed the lights and said maybe I’m not used to warm colors. I felt like there wasn’t much openness to feedback during the process. Brandy is such an amazing, knowledgeable, communicative stylist. Suggested some things and fully explained why it would work. I’ve been through a few bad experiences in the past year, but she did a fantastic job helping me on the way to my hair destination. Fully recommend her.
