I was really looking forward to meeting and working with David Boyd (Clinical Psychologist), but unfortunately, our interaction felt off from the start. I saw him outside while parking and greeted him warmly, but he seemed frustrated and impatient. Instead of greeting me back he kept looking at his phone. It's already challenging for clients to open up to someone they're meeting for the first time, so I don't understand why his demeanor appeared very unwelcoming and unfriendly.
