I reached out to Alchemy after my old pool guy stopped showing up. They got back to me quickly and had someone out the very next morning. It’s been a few weeks now and everything’s been solid! pool looks good, they send emails after service, and I don’t have to chase anyone down. So far, so good.

We had an issue with our pool turning green right before a family gathering, and I was scrambling to find someone who could come out quickly. Emiliano got back to me fast and was able to fit us in the next day. They were professional and got the pool looking clear in time for the weekend. Really appreciated the quick turnaround and solid work.

Just started with Alchemy Pool Service a few weeks ago, and things have been going well so far. They’ve been consistent with visits, and the pool looks clear and well-maintained. It’s still early, but I’m happy with the service and communication. Definitely a weight off my shoulders not having to deal with the upkeep myself.
