Went to a Beginner's Confidence class, only my second pole class ever, and really enjoyed it. I have a lot to work on, strength wise, but I look forward to coming back and getting better each visit! So glad I got a 5 class pack as a present, I'll be buying my own after I use those up!

My friend bought me a one day pass and I enjoyed the class. I decided to get the 2 week unlimited since then I have been trying to book a class. The app will not let me go any further without paying again. I have been emailing them for the past week trying to get my money back but no response. Extremely disappointed with how I am being treated.

I tried so hard to love it here since it's the only place that offers pole and a diverse class list in the area. I did 3mo, a 6mo gap, then 3mo where I did every class multiple times and brought multiple friends. Most of the instructors are nice but often are ppl who have taken classes a few months and are offered a free membership to instruct.
