As someone with curly hair it can be hard to find a specialist to trust with your hair and what you want do with it. If you’re looking for a safe place to cut and shape your textured hair, this salon is amazing. It was such a lovely experience with a very welcoming environment. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and feel completely let down by the lack of transparency and professionalism. Almost a month and a half before my appointment, I had a consultation to go light blonde. During this consult, my hairdresser cut a strand of my hair to test the bleach. I've been to a few salons in Melbourne but none beat Alchemy. The space is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, and I always leave with a banger cut. Special shout out to Lola – they're so lovely and have such attention to detail!
