Friendly and capable staff - as a recovering patient I feel confident in my rehabilitation
Ocean helped me so much for prepping to birth my 3rd baby after 2 traumatic experiences. I really appreciate the knowledge Ocean has, and how reassuring she is. I have had extensive pelvic floor physio in the last few years, and none even remotely compare to how great Ocean is! Highly recommend her perineal massage course too!

After several sessions of treatment with Amy my neck and shoulders feel much better. She's mindful and check on how I'm feeling during the massage. I highly recommend her.
I have been doing the supervised Physio reformer classes now for awhile. I have found them more than helpful and look forward to every class Amy and Grace the Physio‘s have been absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t have been more patient and the reformer has definitely helped my body. My husband has visited the my Therapy lady called Dwayne who again has helped my husband shoulder incredibly and he will be back to visit her again Thank you, alchemy you are fantastic
