Nicole is great to work with, she honest, responsive and does great work.
We had a great experience working with Alchemy Homes on a new bathroom installation. Nichole provided excellent communication and expertly helped us determine the best plan for our needs and budget. They were also very accommodatingof tasks we wanted to DIY and provided a detailed schedule for us to plan around. We are thrilled with the results and with how the quality has held up over the first year. We hope to use Alchemy Homes again for future projects!
Reached out for a quote and received a abrasive and rude response. I asked for a quote on a fireplace and kitchen backsplash renovation. The fireplace was out of scope which is fine but the response was unnecessarily rude and not how prospective customers should be treated.
Alchemy homes did a wonderful job on our remodel. Many compliments.
