Nothing but money grubbing, and selfish. The receptionist is never at the front and never answers the phone. Any care is overshadowed by non personal treatment of patients. They were better without so many patients. Now if you're late they charge you, put off your care and go right on to the person. Next!

Disappointed to say the least. I really liked the person that I was seeing for care but that’s overshadowed by how impossible it is to get anybody on the phone To schedule an appointment or in regards to medication that can be problematic seeing as this is a mental health Care facility. Edit to add my last interaction was awful with the receptionist when I was in the midst of an anxiety attack she was rude and not the least bit helpful for my appointment that I had scheduled telehealth. Its s shame to deal with

I was a patient for a couple of years with no major issues. I stayed with the provider purely because it was convenient, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, they are lacking professionalism and common courtesy. The amount of other negative reviews is understandable.

Since my very first visit 2 years ago, I have been treated with nothing less than respect, dignity and compassion from any and all employees at Alchemy Healthy Minds & Wellness. I have been seeing Stephanie Canal for nearly 2 years and have never been treated with anything less than respect and dignity and compassion. Stephanie has an immense understanding of both the newest and the oldest medications, both prescribed or over the counter/homeopathic, and she is attuned and aware of possible side effects or adverse reactions that can occur when starting, stopping or making changes in your medication.
