We have been coming to Alchemy for years now and they do a great cut. But honestly, something is going on with the staffing.we had an appointment today for 12:30 and when we arrived (at 12:25) we were told there was a 45 minute wait. If this were the first time, I would have just sucked it up but this is the 4th time in the last 5 visits. We had to leave and now we have to find another shop. Sad.
