My first time here as I completed my first hyrox simulation today. Everyone was so encouraging and pushed me to keep going when I thought I was going to give up. Great facility. I will definitely be joining the gym to continue my training!
My daughter did her first hyrox today. She was nervous but everyone was welcoming and so encouraging. I was so impressed with the facility. The event was very well organized. Congratulations to everyone involved!
Some of the nicest ppl I’ve met…..went there for a hyrox sim and didn’t know a single person…..met all the staff and owner and they were so friendly and accommodating……during the sim they motivated me and cheered me on and pushed me through it like I was part of the family……truly amazing group of ppl if you are looking for a gym in Brantford ….
Love Alchemy!! All the coaches are phenomenal! So kind, nice and always accommodating!! Love the friends I have made in class! Makes working out so much fun! 😊
