Jesh is an outstanding trainer. He is able to adapt to all abilities and fitness levels and genuinely cares about his clients progress. I’ve been an athlete my entire life but felt like I was struggling to reach my full potential training in a big box gym. Since starting at Alchemy Fitness, I have gained strength and increased my endurance but most importantly, gained confidence.
