Just finished my 50th class at Alchemy Fitness Hamilton. I had done CrossFit in the past and wanted to get back into it, and Alchemy has been a great place to do that. The coaches are awesome, the atmosphere is great, and the community is first class. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, and I’ve really enjoyed getting back into the workouts and learning along the way. 50 classes down and looking forward to more
