Love this place. Would love to see more athletic training for agility, change in direction and plyometric classes.
Great facility, classes, and coaches!
First class down of AC Prime and many more to go! The staff and members are super friendly and welcoming. Great place to get a good sweat and maybe make some friends.
Alchemy CrossFit is a great gym with a wonderful coaching staff. Each coach was very engaged before and throughout the class. They took the time to walk through each exercise and focused on technique for each lift. I completed 26.2 with Craig and Kristin and both were super encouraging.
