i had an appointment with them, I got an e mail with the confirmation, got there and the place was closed! tried calling them, sending them an e mail and nothing, they just made me loose my time and I had an event Today, so unprofessional

Horrible customer service absolutely Horrible!!!! I was treated like a ogre. I walked in to make an appointment, I never got a chance to say a word the girl got up from behind the desk trotted across the salon and started playing with some plastic cups giving me side-eye until I walked out. Employees very rude!!! I was never acknowledged just stared at. If looks could kill I'd be dead....
