Tried to submit the insurance verification forms multiple times & even gave them a call and the person on the phone promised to get back to me within 24 hours & still nothing! They seem to not interested in people who go through insurance. Would not trust my healthcare to non-responsive provider like this! I've had a tremendously healing experience working with Sarah at Alchemy Acupuncture. Absolutely loved the service! The doctor was so understanding and patient with me! She took all my concerns seriously and made sure I was well informed about the process before committing. I never felt pressured and outside of the procedure itself, the consultation was very healing. I felt like years of distrust and skepticism were washed away! Thank you so much!!

Sarah is warm and welcoming and takes time to listen to your issues. I had a great first session and felt instant relief. However, make sure to confirm you are in network if using insurance as I found out upon checking my benefits coverage later that I wasn’t. I’d recommend the practice get back to patients who submit the insurance form to confirm whether they are in or out of network before the appointment to avoid any surprises. Still highly recommend for acupuncture and cupping!
