I was skeptical at first but I have to give them 5 stars, their professionalism and willingness to ensure I was comfortable with my medication deserves to be recognized! I highly recommend Alchemist pharmacy they get my stamp approval I cannot begin to show the amount of gratitude I have - staff is amazing !!! Thank you !!! New medication and pharmacy can be scary but they went above and beyond and were so understanding!
Received a medication that was supposed to be refrigerated. It came hot, not room temperature but hot. It was wrapped in a piece of foam with no ice pack when calling the company they said that that was perfectly fine that it was OK as long as it was refrigerated after opening and it could be in warm or hot temperatures up to two weeks. I do not buy that and think that the customer service is horrible. I was assured prior to ordering this that it would come cold.
