My appointment was canceled in the beginning of July and then rescheduled for the beginning of August. She cancelled again for the same reason of “not feeling well” and tried to do a telehealth visit. The whole reason for the appointment was that I need to be examined, not looked at through a computer screen. Ever since she stopped using a nurse practioner, it’s close to impossible to get an appointment fast with Dr Alcera. Dr. Alcera is literally the best primary care physician that I could ever ask or wish for! She goes above and beyond every single visit! She also is very personable & never rushes. She is so Knowledgeable, caring, loving & sincere. Appointments are also very easy to make! Her office staff go above and beyond as well, every time. Alcera family medicine is definitely 10 plus stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alcera for approximately 12 years. I followed her after she relocated her practice to Marlton. She is by far the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have been to. She listens carefully to my concerns and addresses everything thoroughly. I can’t write about Dr Alcera or her practice because I’ve had two appointments canceled the day of my appt. I understand Doctors get sick and have emergencies but both issues happening to the same patient? To add insult to injury, I was told the office sent me a voice msg an hour before my appt., but I never received any msg. I’ll find another practice that is more reliable.
