Dr. Alcera is literally the best primary care physician that I could ever ask or wish for! She goes above and beyond every single visit! She also is very personable & never rushes. She is so Knowledgeable, caring, loving & sincere. Appointments are also very easy to make! Her office staff go above and beyond as well, every time. Alcera family medicine is definitely 10 plus stars!
I have been a patient of Dr. Alcera for approximately 12 years. I followed her after she relocated her practice to Marlton. I can’t write about Dr Alcera or her practice because I’ve had two appointments canceled the day of my appt. I understand Doctors get sick and have emergencies but both issues happening to the same patient? To add insult to injury, I was told the office sent me a voice msg an hour before my appt., but I never received any msg. I’ll find another practice that is more reliable.
Dr Alcera has been my primary care physician for many years now and I cannot think of a better practice out there. Staff is extremely friendly, and Dr Alcera herself is excellent. Do yourself a favor. Go see Dr Alcera and see what 'care' really means.
